Inspecting before you buy gives you peace of mind
Buying a home may be the single largest investment most Canadians will ever make. Many homes are purchased after only one or two quick walk-throughs!
The average home inspection takes around three hours to complete.

Inspecting the roof and fascia
A home inspection is a visual inspection of the over-all structure, as well as an examination of the systems of the home. The inspection is objective and very educational. In addition to going up onto the roof and into the crawl space (if applicable), each system is operated and evaluated.
